5. Email Newsletter

If you would like to receive our newsletter, we require a valid email address and information that allows us to verify that you own that address and consent to receive it. No additional data is collected, or it is collected on a voluntary basis only. We use this data solely to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

You may revoke your consent to the storage of your data and email address, and to their use for the newsletter, at any time, for example through the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. Data we hold for other purposes, such as order records, is unaffected. Data processed before we receive your request may still have been lawfully processed.

6. Cookies

Some of our web pages use cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. They are small text files stored on your device by your browser, and they help make our website more user-friendly, efficient, and secure.

Most of the cookies we use are session cookies, which are deleted automatically after your visit. Others remain on your device until you delete them and allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set so you can accept or reject them case by case, to accept them only under certain conditions, to reject them entirely, or to delete them automatically when you close your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Cookies that are necessary to enable electronic communications or to provide functions you have requested are stored on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing an optimized, technically reliable service. Cookies used to analyze visitor behavior are addressed in Section 8.

7. Server Log Files

The website provider automatically collects and stores the information your browser transmits to us in server log files, listed in Section 2. This data is retained for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention, and is not combined with data from other sources.

8. Analytics

When you visit our website, statistical analysis may be performed on your browsing behavior, primarily using cookies. This analysis is generally pseudonymized or anonymized, meaning we cannot identify you personally from it. We use it to understand how the site is used so we can improve it and our advertising.

IP addresses are anonymized before storage where our analytics tooling supports it. The information generated about your use of this website is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. You can prevent analytics cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser settings, though doing so may limit site functionality. Where the analytics provider offers an opt-out, an opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser; deleting your cookies will also delete the opt-out cookie, and you would need to opt out again.

9. Contact and Quote Forms

If you send us questions through a contact or quote request form, we collect the data you enter, including the contact details you provide, in order to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.

We process the data you enter in these forms on the basis of your consent, which you may revoke at any time by contacting us. Data processed before we receive your request may still have been lawfully processed.

We retain the data you provide until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies, for example once your request has been fulfilled. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

10. Customer and Contract Data

We collect, process, and use personal data only to the extent necessary to establish, perform, or modify our contractual relationship with you. We collect and use usage data generated when you access our website only to the extent required to provide our service to you or to bill you for it.

Customer data is deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship, subject to legal retention periods.

11. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for advertising purposes without your express consent. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. Vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, messaging delivery, website hosting, and email delivery. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Delivery and installation partners. Drivers, transport companies, crane and forklift operators, and modification subcontractors receive the delivery information necessary to complete your order.
  • Suppliers. Where a container is sourced from a third-party depot or supplier, we share the information needed to release and transport the unit.
  • Financial institutions. Banks and payment processors entrusted with processing your payment.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

As stated in Section 4, mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing and are never provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

12. Payment Security

If you enter into a contract that requires you to send us payment information, we require that data to process your payment. Payment transactions using common payment methods are made only over encrypted SSL or TLS connections. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar and the lock icon. On an encrypted connection, the payment details you submit to us cannot be read by third parties.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. Records tied to completed transactions are generally retained for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Your Choices and Rights

  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
  • Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any promotional email or newsletter.
  • Cookies. Manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
  • Access, correction, blocking, and deletion. You have the right to be provided, free of charge, with information about the personal data we hold about you, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose for which it is processed. You also have the right to have that data corrected, blocked, or deleted. Contact us using the details in Section 22.

We will respond as required by applicable law. Note that we may need to retain certain records to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Texas residents and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.

16. Withdrawing Your Consent

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. A request using the contact details in Section 22 is sufficient. Data processed before we receive your request may still have been lawfully processed.
